How to Practice Alternate Nostril Breathing:
- Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.
- Place your left hand on your left knee, palm open to the sky.
- Bring your right hand towards your face. Place your index and middle fingers on your forehead between your eyebrows, and your thumb on your right nostril.
- Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through your left nostril for a count of four.
- Close your left nostril with your ring finger, release your thumb from the right nostril, and exhale through the right nostril for a count of eight.
- Inhale through the right nostril for a count of four, close the right nostril, and exhale through the left nostril for a count of eight.
- This completes one round. Repeat for 5-10 rounds.
